[VIDEO] Megan Nash nominated for 3 Saskatchewan Music Awards

Megan Nash is a renowned Saskatchewan singer and songwriter who lives in the Moose Jaw area and her talents give her an exciting start to the new year. She has 3 award nominations for the 2022 Saskatchewan Music Awards coming on January 20th.

Nash has been nominated for Alternative Artist of the Year, Rock / Pop Artist of the Year and Music Video of the Year for her video of her song Chew Quietly / Clean Slate.

This is the 2nd time that Nash has been nominated for Artist of the Year since 2019. In 2018, she won the Breaking Borders Award.

Also nominated are Moose Jaw artists Andino Suns for Roots / Folk Artist of the Year and the long list for Saskatchewan Album of the Year for their album “9/11”.

The Saskatchewan Music Awards will be streamed live on January 20th. Nash will also perform with his band and special guests at the Mae Wilson Theater on January 19th.

Nash spoke with Sharon Church from Mix 103 about her nominations and the excitement and obstacles she had while making the video for Chew Quietly / Clean Slate.
