‘Next Level Chef’ replaces ‘Monarch’ after Fox’s NFC Championship Game – Deadline

Next level cook, the series for the cooking competition from Gordon Ramsay, gets a post-football spot in the schedule, after Fox pressed on drama Monarch for the fall.

The series without script, featuring the British chef and Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais, will air a special episode on Sunday, January 30 at. 22.00 after the NFC Championship match.

The trio will serve a Sunday brunch challenge to the competitors in the episode, where each remaining chef must make a dish on the next level that contains both sweet and savory items in just 45 minutes.

Next level cook will then continue to be broadcast during its normal time on Wednesdays at. 21.00.

It comes after Fox pushed its big-budget drama series Monarch, about a country music family dynasty and starring Susan Sarandon, Trace Adkins, Anna Friel and Beth Ditto, this fall.

The series, which is Fox’s first fully owned live-action drama series, was scheduled to premiere in the slot machine after the NFC Championship, but will now be included in the fall 2022/23 program.

“With an incredible lineage of talent and musical performance, the highly compelling drama, Monarch, is a top priority for Fox Entertainment in 2022, ”a Fox spokesman said earlier this week.

“Due to the inevitable realities of the pandemic and the profound impact Covid-19 continues to have on our industry and around the world, it is unfortunately necessary to reschedule Monarch‘s January 30 debut for the fall.
