What will the series be about?

This new Infinity Comic series will put the focus back on the alien race known as The Eternals. Each number will dive into the group’s previous encounters with the Deviants during the titular 500-year war. These encounters occur all over the globe. As a result, readers will get a first-hand look at how the eternal interacted with the cultures of humanity over time.

Why the eternal?

Although the movie Eternals did not go down well with the audience, the group is still a fascinating part of the Marvel universe. Especially their cartoon counterparts. In addition, The Eternals Marvel offers the opportunity to explore international stories and cultures. That’s why CB Cebulski, Marvel’s Editor-in-Chief, explained why The Eternals is a perfect fit for this project: “Bringing Eternals: The 500 Year War to Marvel Unlimited will open doors for our international creative teams to tell much more personal stories by placing them in their home countries . These stories will break down boundaries ”.

Who handles such a cool project?

As the series will focus on different cultures across the globe, Marvel and WEBTOON have got an international creative team of comic book artists and writers. Each track will focus on a different part of the world and will use a creative team from that part of the world.

This rotating lineup will include writers Dan Abnett, Aki Yanagi, Jongmin Shin, Ju-Yeon Park, David Macho, Rafael Scavone, Yifan Jiang; artists Geoffo, Rickie Yagawa, Do Gyun Kim, Magda Price, Marcio Fiorito; and Gunji. It will also include colorists Matt Milla, Carlos Macias, Fernando Sifuentes, Pete Pantazis and Felipe Sobreiro.
