That Greater Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival (formerly known as Hot Chocolate Fest) returns from January 15 to February 14, 2022.
There are as many as 40+ different vendors offering 106 different sugary creations for the event, and some are first-time attendees of the annual celebration.
Here are all the new vendors to check out during the Greater Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival this year.

This popular Granville Island pie place has three creations to order. From Caramia Jujube to Wasabi? Cannonball for Caesar’s proposal – there is definitely an exciting taste here that catches your eye.

Gastown bubble tea place Boba Run has a picturesque few drinks to offer guests this year. Both Gone Bananas and Tahini-ian Dream will be available for certain periods from January 15th to February 14th.

Double Trouble, Sweet Corona and Black Eastern Storm are the three different creations people can look forward to tasting from Broyé. The café collaborated with chef Hitomi Syvertsen from Bager og Bord on all these delicacies.

Coho Coffee has two options for people with a sweet tooth this year. Miso Want A Snow Day and Make It A Spicy Date are both served with a Mithai & Co treat that also matches.

Emkao Foods will be serving its two hot chocolate creations from their booth at two Vancouver Farmer’s Market locations. The flavors are called Cinnamon Hot Kokao and Vegan Hotkao.

This popular plant-based supplier has not one, but FOUR creations that are available exclusively for the festival. Head to Chinatown’s sweet spot to enjoy spring in winter, the dark, the stormy and bright, the open sesame to cherry gray skies and Knotty By Nature. All are collaborating with Living Lotus Chocolate.

Super Veloce rushed onto Vancouver’s café scene last year, so it’s one of our best places to try during this year’s festival. You can find sips called Formula Piccante Pronti and Partenza, Via here. Both are available from January 15 to February 14.
