Cool sprinkles and fog, possible snowfall – CBS Chicago

CHICAGO (CBS) – Much of the rain that appears on the radar today evaporates before it reaches the ground. We only expect temporary, cool sprinkles through sunset. Visibility may decrease at night as scattered fog develops.

Minimal snow chances for the next 2 days. Early in the morning, snow showers can move through with scattered variation hugging the lake shore later in the day.

The next system from Friday to Saturday is still heading far west of us, holding the best snow accumulation from Quad Cities to Rockford.

TONIGHT: BRAIDED FOG. LAV 27.

THURSDAY: SNOW SHOWERS. HIGH 35.

FRIDAY: CHANCE OF SNOW. HIGH 29.
